Update: September 9. 2025

We at https://mscomms.co.il/ are committed to and work to promote accessibility to enable people with disabilities and special needs to use and enjoy the variety of services we offer to all our customers at service and sales points, on the website and in call centers.

About a quarter of the population in Israel encounters Internet accessibility difficulties: the visually impaired, the hearing impaired, people with motor disabilities, the elderly, and more.
In order to provide the best, most professional and accessible service to everyone, we have made the necessary adjustments to our website, and have implemented the accessibility rules as much as possible in accordance with the principles of the Accessibility Standard in Israel, Equal Rights Regulations for People with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service), 2013 (Mark C: Internet Services). The website is adapted to the accessibility requirements of Standard 5568 at level AA according to the WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

The site is accessible to all major browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Explorer 9 and above.

We have invested significant resources to ensure that our site is easier to use and more accessible to people with disabilities, with a strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort and independence.

We provide you with an advanced accessibility component from UserWay, a website accessibility company, powered by a dedicated accessibility server. The software allows your website to improve its compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).

You can activate the UserWay accessibility menu by clicking on the accessibility menu icon that appears in the corner of the page. The accessibility menu and the technology used on the site allow many options such as: Adapting the site to screen reader users, the ability to navigate using a keyboard, increasing fonts, stopping flickering, contrast, highlighting links, changing the font, and many other options. The accessibility plugin supports screen reader software: JAWS, NVDA, and more.

We continue to make efforts to improve the accessibility of the site as part of our commitment to enabling its use by the entire population, including people with disabilities and special needs. It should be noted that despite our efforts to make all pages on the site accessible, you may encounter parts that are not yet accessible.
If you have found and/or encountered difficulties browsing the site regarding accessibility or in general, we would be happy to receive inquiries for information and/or suggestions for improvement and/or an email with a report of the problem.

In order for us to best address the issue, we strongly recommend that you include as many details as possible:
